Tip of the Week

As a part of your spring cleaning, take out everything under the sink and check the pipes.  Look at both the drain and the hot and cold water supply. Fill up the sink and let it drain.
Look at all the connections for corrosion, drips, or loose connections.
Test the shut off valves to make sure they work.
